Prótese sobre Implantes

Successful implant prosthodontics requires a deep understanding of the underlying local patient problem, comprehension of implant technology as well an intuitive, artistic interpretation of ways to handle a specific and often difficult situation. Careful treatment planning and risk assessment are essential to achieve positive functional and esthetic outcomes. While many complex conditions can be corrected surgically, implant reconstruction in difficult anatomic sites may require special prosthodontic creativity. This book documents in an artistically most pleasing fashion a multiplicity of clinical situations treated with different approaches and a full range of implant components in partially and fully edentulous patients. We want to congratulate the authors, Dr. Couto Viana and Dr. Manuel Neves for this outstanding work.
